After submitting the intake forms, expect an email containing your lab order/requisition. You will present this at the lab before blood draw.

Results, Results!

Once lab work has resulted, you will receive a secure email with your lab results, including interpretation and an action plan as appropriate.

EZ Services

$75

*For clients who wish to utilize their health insurance at the lab for billing. Tests included are as follows: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c (Hgb A1c), and Magnesium level.

*For clients who are uninsured or do not wish to use their insurance for bloodwork. Tests included are the same as The Essential package. This is a prepaid service, which means that the price above covers all laboratory fees. The client only has to present their ID and lab order/requisition at LabCorp.

*For clients who are uninsured or do not wish to use their insurance for bloodwork. Tests included are the same as The Essential package + Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) level. This is a prepaid service, which means that the price above covers all laboratory fees. The client only has to present their ID and lab order/requisition at LabCorp.

*Customize your blood work! Fill out the form and let us know what lab tests you want done (e.g. Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Testosterone, Heavy Metals, Iron Panel, Allergens, etc.). We will get back with you through email with a quote. (Pro Tip: You can maximize value by using Wellness/ Wellness+ as your base and then add on any other desired lab test.)

Welcome to EZ Preventative Care, where our story is deeply rooted in both professional calling and personal experience. Our founder brings to the table over ten years of experience in healthcare, including a significant tenure as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner. He is board-certified to treat adults across the lifespan. This extensive background in healthcare provides a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies and demands of patient care, especially in adult and geriatric populations. The sudden passing of our founder's father in 2021, a preventable tragedy, served as a critical turning point in the conception of the company. This life changing event emphasized the importance of proactive health management and the need for accessible, preventative healthcare.

Why choose EZ Preventative Care?

Most insurance companies require you to meet your yearly deductible before covering expenses such as routine primary care visits. The average cost of a doctor’s visit in the US is $171, ranging between $75-$300 and upwards of $600 depending on lab tests and other services provided.

What areas does EZ Preventative Care serve?

We can order lab work in nearly all states across the country, excluding NY, NJ, and RI. Medication prescription, return to work note and other services involving treatment and follow up are limited to Nevada residents.

What laboratory should I go to after receiving my lab order/requisition?

Insured patients may take lab requisition and have blood drawn at most labs (i.e. LabCorp, Quest, etc). Wellness, Wellness+, and customers who wish to avail the Personalized service, will go to LabCorp for blood draw. Inquire about mobile lab for total convenience, at your own place and at your most convenient time.

I’m insured, is the bloodwork covered by my insurance?

Most insurance companies pay for routine basic blood work annually. Please review your insurance policy to avoid charges from the lab. Insured clients must present insurance card at the lab for billing.

What happens after blood work is resulted?

We will send your lab results to the email you have provided via a secure email.

What if there are abnormal findings on my blood work?

EZ Preventative Care will include interpretation of abnormal findings along with educational material to correct them. Alternatively, for highly abnormal findings, we will give you a call for more immediate recommendations or referral.

Does EZ Preventive Care offer any other services?

We are currently working on other services such as courtesy refills (limited to non-controlled substances), and treatment of non-complicated conditions such as high blood pressure, prediabetes, and high cholesterol levels. (Prescription medication services currently limited to Nevada residents)
